I charge my Galaxy buds pro almost exclusively with my 45 watt charger and I've had no issue, can't speak on the watch

Yes you can use your 45w charger to charge your earbuds the buds are made where they will only charge at a curtain speed and won’t use all 45w that your charger is supplying
