How do I use the warranty on my Galaxy buds as the left earbud won't connect?

This is one of the worst warranty policies and websites. It doesn't work,  how can i claim warranty? The customer service is asking for my imei for my buds. Lol. Earbuds have an issue where the left one doesn't work and not even show up when connected.

Samsung stay with Left Ear issues with all their ear buds. Literally the reason I won't spend the money on their high end models. Only the FE when they go on sale and only as a back up pair. And the only reason I don't go a completely different direction for a backup is because it's a Samsung product that works seamlessly with the phone, tablet...etc

You need to contact Customer service and inform them that the ear buds don't have Imei they only have Serial numbers for the case - right - left buds.  I would also suggest taking them to a repair center to have them tested.

Sign into your Samsung account on the web, go to your product page, look for your buds, scroll to repair services, and follow the instructions.
