This is one of the worst warranty policies and websites. It doesn't work, how can i claim warranty? The customer service is asking for my imei for my buds. Lol. Earbuds have an issue where the left one doesn't work and not even show up when connected.

Galaxy BudsYou need to contact Customer service and inform them that the ear buds don't have Imei they only have Serial numbers for the case - right - left buds. I would also suggest taking them to a repair center to have them tested.
