Galaxy BudsOne of my Galaxy Buds3 Pro stopped charging in the case after less than 2 months of use, without any damage to the buds. I submitted a repair request to Samsung. The request was denied for alleged liquid damage. I explained to the technician that they had never been wet. Samsung denied the repair. Samsung then called me back to explain that they were granting an exception and were going to honor the repair, which would be completed withing 5-7 days. The very next day, I received an email out of the blue from Samsung stating that my product was being returned unrepaired. I spoke with another person at 1800SAMSUNG who was unable to help. I requested to speak with a manager. I was told one would contact me. Someone from Samsung then texted me to say they were having "phone troubles" and would contact me within 24 hours. Instead, no one contacted me, and my product was delivered to my house by UPS unrepaired, directly contrary to what Samsung promised. This entire experience has been unsatisfactory, disappointing, and infuriating.
