Galaxy Buds

I have bought the new Galaxy buds and beware they overheat. I was using them for the gym and they got so hot that they burned my ear. I contacted support and I recorded the calls and they kept hanging up on me and transferring me back and fourth. I currently have an hour and 30m recording of the situation. Horrible service.

I am having different issues with the earbuds, but this post is making me worried since the weather of where I am right now is more than 90°F (~32°F).

Are you experiencing this in a place that has high temperatures?
