Galaxy Earbuds are lagging when watching videos on Note 20

I have an older Galaxy ear buds.

After all the updates on earbud firmware and Note 20 5g ear buds do not work for seamless connection. 
It takes almost 2 minutes to synch with sound when playing with one ear bud also switching between apps like YouTube and in app any video player or web browser stops playing an it takes long time to synch..
 
Basically off brand buds work better .
