Why wont my Galaxy Buds3 Pro earbuds download the software on the wearable app it shows them as paired but not on the available list....

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to update your earbuds.

Are the earbuds connecting in the Wearables app?

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and Wearables plug-in? Once you reinstall the app, try connecting the earbuds again.
