Hi, i have a bit of a issue with the Galaxy Buds3, they hurt my ears when i put'em in

Everytime i insert'em, the mic on the side that goes in scrapes up against the skin of my ear and it hurts for a bit, is there any way to make that not happen? Would be appreciated 👍🏻
