I keep having one earbud that thinks it's not in my ear and it shuts itself off all the time I want to be able to go into the app and disable this useless feature. The earbud is in my ear correctly my Bluetooth is working fine this is my second set of ear buds the first went back for the same problem. And these are doing the exact same thing. The sensor doesn't detect my skin because it thinks I have removed it, so it shuts itself off and then beeps every couple of seconds in my ear.

have you tried to unpair the buds and try to pair them again?

Yes I have, but, first off, if your product needs to be unpaired and repaired every time you use it, your product is a problem, secondly I should be able to shut off a feature that is not working properly. The ear bud is in my ear, it shouldn't shut off, at all, unless the battery is dead. The only way I can use these earbuds is if I am sitting in a chair motionless. Turn my head, left ear bud shuts off, lean back, left ear bud shuts off, nod my head the left ear bud shuts off, go for a run (which is what I bought these for) the left ear bud shuts off.

I  understand how frustrating this may be. If there is one earbud that is disconnecting because of the Auto Disconnect feature, make sure that the earbud is fully charging and maintaining a similar charge as the other earbud. Also, try resetting the earbuds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085
