Galaxy BudsMy pro buds will not connect to the wearable app battery is full and I would like to use the app when I use the ear buds. And it's a A10e phone with all updates installed. So how do I connect to the app?

Galaxy BudsIt is very frustrating when the earbuds will not connect to the Wearables app. It is recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
