I'm having issues where my voice commands aren't responding, but if I close whatever app I'm trying to use go to diagnostic and test the mic on the buds then go back to my music voice commands work then. It's like the mic isn't active at first. Any ideas?
Im actually having the same issue and I think with mine its a microphone problem. Running a diagnostic test on the microphone I can barely even hear my on voice. I had to contact Samsung directly a couple of months back to get them tested at a repair store and they told me they failed certain tests ( dont ask with ones because I dont know) but they said to call back samsung to see that the next steps are. Hopefully that helps
