I recently purchased galaxy buds 3 pro and am facing issues while taking calls. The buds work fine with incoming calls but for outgoing calls people on the other side can't hear me.. I have been using an app called vitel global and textnow for calls which is for business related work and am facing this. I don't know how to fix this. I need an urgent solution. If this doesn't work may be I should opt buying airpods
It doesn't make sense to me that a BT device won't work with any app. Does the app work with any other BT headphones or buds? Oerhaps the solution is to switch or just use a different device for you work.
