As the subject says, the Left ear keeps cutting in and out. This has just happened recently, which is odd. The right ear works perfectly. This only happens when I wear my left earbuds, but when I wear them together, there's no issue. Any helpful insight into this will be gratefully appreciated.
Have you tried to reset the buds to see if that resolves your problem. If it doesn't go to the support section of the members app, go to feedback and report it. The category you select should be accessories. This should be done within 15min of the error. The app will collect all system logs of the buds. Do not close the app while logs are being generated. You will receive a notification when you can close the members app and logs were successfully submitted.
