Anybody else's Buds 3 Pro active noise cancelling going in and out of noise cancelling? I have it turned on but it goes off on it's own for a few seconds then goes back.

Hello @Gouken Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, resetting the earbuds is the only troubleshooting option available on the earbuds. If the reset doesn't help, you can submit an error report.

You can also have a serviced technician do an evaluation of the earbuds.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.

Yeah, I pre-ordered them before the issue of the ear tips ripping. So I was able to get mine and I absolutely love them. I think just a little software update can fix this

Hello NewEraKingz, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the buds to be going in and out of noise-canceling.

Have you tried resetting the buds? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

We also recommend submitting an error report through the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

Let us know if this helps.

Hello. Mine have done this. They keep doing this all the time. Is there a fix other than resetting them?
