Tuesday in
Galaxy BudsMine have cracked in between the speaker and seam on the top of the earbud. Never dropped, no physical damage at all. Contacted Samsung customer support and they said that they haven't heard of this issue and do not cover physical damage under warranty. How is a manufacturing defect my fault? I preorder your devices trusting that you will take care of me when you make a mistake, I guess that was my mistake. And the worst part is an S25 Ultra is preordered and set to arrive today, 1300$ mind you, and what happens if they make another mistake will i just have to own broken equipment?
