Trying to figure out issue with case. Earbuds work fine, but I cannot charge

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with not being able to charge the earbuds and the light staying on the case.

Here are some troubleshooting for charging: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000013/

If the LEDs are not working correctly, or the case is not properly charging, it is recommended to have them serviced by an authorized repair center. 

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Except the case no longer works. Light never goes off. Case doesn't show up in Wear app. No longer able to use the pair button. System frozen.
