When I press the buds 3 pro option in my settings it says I need to update. When I press the update button nothing happens. I've tried factory resetting my buds and still the same issue. I can't access the buds setting at all. The only way I can change ambient mode or ANC is from the drop down.

Hello, Try checking the Galaxy store for a Software update, I believe that is what is happening please let me know if that helps resolve your issue

S25. I Uninstalled and re installed multiple times. I tried checking for a plugin as well 😫

@dja2k no I've been told to do the same things over and over again but I still have the same issue and I don't know how to fix it. I've factory reset my buds so many times.

Yeah I've been at it also, nothing fixes it. I don't have my other buds2 pro to see if they have the same peoblem. Another problem to add to my list.
