Galaxy S25Hi! I'm having so many issues with messaging and I don't know what else to do. I have Verizon and had a Samsung Note 20. I upgraded to the Samsung S25 Ultra on Thursday 2/27. Since upgrading, I have been unable to receive texts that come in a group text (I think I'm getting all individual messages, but cannot know for sure). I went back to the VZW store and they told me all configurations on my phone and network are correct and to reach out to Google. When I tried chat, Google told me they have no one to support those features. I try to create a new text group, it tells me it's creating a new RCS group, and then it tells me I have been removed from said group. I have clicked on the "i" and removed cache as well.
I have tried searching in other forum posts and I'm not seeing anything.
I have no idea what else to do. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Galaxy S25I am dealing with the S25 Ultra not responding to group text. We have spent hours on the phone to verizon and samsung. Today the Samsung service person connected to my phone and took over my account. He finally ended up downloading the Samsung Message app to my phone and that allows me to respond. I asked if the Google messages would now work and he said it would. However, that was not the case as I get the same message that my phone is not supported. Will be returning to the Verizon store to return the phone if they don't have a way to deal with this. Probably go with an Iphone as everyone else has those phones.
