Unable to Receive Texts in Group, RCS Issue? Samsung S25 Ultra

Hi! I'm having so many issues with messaging and I don't know what else to do. I have Verizon and had a Samsung Note 20. I upgraded to the Samsung S25 Ultra on Thursday 2/27. Since upgrading, I have been unable to receive texts that come in a group text (I think I'm getting all individual messages, but cannot know for sure). I went back to the VZW store and they told me all configurations on my phone and network are correct and to reach out to Google. When I tried chat, Google told me they have no one to support those features. I try to create a new text group, it tells me it's creating a new RCS group, and then it tells me I have been removed from said group. I have clicked on the "i" and removed cache as well. 

I have tried searching in other forum posts and I'm not seeing anything. 

I have no idea what else to do. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Having the same problem I just switched from an iPhone 14 and I'm not getting any texts from the group chats I was in on my iPhone and I transferred my number over SMH

Are you using Samsung Messages or Google Messages?

If using Google messages, there is a toggle under message settings while in group to send individual or keep in group. My s25ultra ID not sending/receiving rcs at all. After fighting since February 5th (pre ordered) I took it to Asurion and there is a daughterboard issue which they are slowly beginning to see, however that part isn't available so ATT is warranty exchanging the phone- Samsung costumer service experience was horrible- they wanted it sent in for a minimum of 10 days and told me my carrier should provide a loaner(not a thing with ATT)...not sure if esim or physical, but if you continue with issues - may be worth a call to your carrier

I am dealing with the S25 Ultra not responding to group text. We have spent hours on the phone to verizon and samsung. Today the Samsung service person connected to my phone and took over my account. He finally ended up downloading the Samsung Message app to my phone and that allows me to respond. I asked if the Google messages would now work and he said it would. However, that was not the case as I get the same message that my phone is not supported. Will be returning to the Verizon store to return the phone if they don't have a way to deal with this. Probably go with an Iphone as everyone else has those phones.
