Fold & Flip PhonesSubject title explains it all. To add more context, my phone is currently experiencing several issues. I can no longer fold the phone because if I do, the phone shuts off completely, and it has to be powered back on by unfolding and pressing the side button.
I've been keeping my phone unfolded since that issue began about 2 months ago, as it is not a big deal to do so.
It is also really difficult to charge the phone with a wire due to charging port issues. So, in the meantime, I've been using my handy Samsung wireless charger which thankfully charges the phone as it is unfolded. However, today I experienced a very inconvenient issue:
My phone was below 10% charge, so I placed it on the wireless charger like usual. Normally, the phone then indicates that it is charging by displaying the charging animation, but this time the screen just stayed black!
I did notice after a moment that the low battery charging indicator popped up on the screen which usually comes on when the phone is off due to a low battery. I tried turning the screen on by pressing the side button, but it would not turn on. I figured that the phone would still charge anyway, so I let it do so for a few hours while I went to sleep. When I woke up and turned the phone back on (and thankfully it did turn back on), the charge was still below 10%! The red indicator light on the wireless charger was steady-on when the phone was on it, so I'm not sure why the phone did not charge at all.
Last night, I did notice that my phone screen was turning on in my pocket and the camera was taking photos and videos, so I disabled a setting that allows the screen to be turned on with a double-tap. Other than that, I have no clue why the phone may be acting up in this way.
For further context, the phone is refurbished and was purchased on Back Market in February of last year. When I started having issues 2 months ago, I did request a return through the insurance that was provided by Back Market. However, I did not return the phone yet, and it's looking like I might have to do so.

Fold & Flip PhonesIt's not good to hear that an integral part of my phone can just quit working, and the phone is still operational despite that. I will just try to return it and get a refund. I am still able to use my old ZFlip 3 in its place for the time being, even though that's not ideal. The older models' battery life is not great.
