Fold & Flip PhonesMy Fold 5 keeps crashing and T-mobile and Samsung are both giving me the run around on providing a solution. I am on my 3rd refurbished phone and the problem persists. I have factory reset 3 separate times and the problem persists. I have launched in Safe Mode and the problem persist. I have changed my sim card and the problem persists. I have factory reset my phone and started from scratch and the problem persist. I have sent my phone into Samsung they probably only ran the diagnostic and did all the things I have done nothing more and sent it back to me and guess what the problem PERSIST. At this point I am doing the process of elimination, and I think the issue is stimming from Android Auto because the 1 common denominator I can determine is that the phone runs "fine" (to the best of my knowledge) until I connect to my stereo and allow android auto to take root. From there the phone crashes. The only consistency in the crashing is that it guaranteed crashes when I get in my vehicle or really anytime, I get near my vehicle and seeing as how android auto sends out signals to connect this leads me to believe the bug is in this area. I have hard reset my phone and disable android auto, cleared the cache and data. We will see if this works. However, I do want to say I am utterly DISGUSTED with the way Samsung and T-Mobile have handled this situation. Neither one has done their part in rectifying the situation. Neither can tell me what's wrong (which I am practically doing Samsungs job by running all the test, diagnostics, process of elimination, trial and error. They should PAY ME if I figure out the problem when they can't) Not only are they not providing a solution but also aren't willing to make me whole again by providing me with a refund or a different version of the phone ITS ABSURD IT'S A 1600+ PHONE. I am paying a PREMIUM PRICE for a PREMIUM PHONE which I have not even had for a full year yet. Samsung should ABSOLUTELY be rectifying this situation when they have the nerve to charge so much for a cell phone! I am so disgusted that I am looking at alternatives for cell service from T-Mobile as well as the Google Pixel Fold 10 as a replacement phone. If I go down that road I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS I BREATHE and neither will my family! I am disgusted in the disrespectful way I am nicely being told to kick rocks when it comes to this situation. I am only writing this in case others run into this issue! I have seen maybe 2 other posts stating they are having the same issue and SAMSUNG from what I can gather has done NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all do not run into this issue because if you do Samsung will screw you, same with your wireless provider.

Fold & Flip PhonesUpdate. Disabling Android Auto and making sure the cache and data was cleaned and cleared did not work.
