I am asking for recommendations on how to remove it confirmed moleculous adware, spyware and malware. The operating system.has beeml overlaid, it ended my license agreement and canceled my phone from stop. There is confirmed outsourced third party. Apache, software, looking for suggestions on what to do. I did check with Samsung for 2 weeks. Prior to this message and they have refused to help. So make it gnome, moderators. I am well within my right to post. Looking for help as I was recommended to.As that's what the community is for can you feedback would be appreciated.

Download Malwarebytes from the Play store, run a scan and let it remove any malware. Alternatively, you can factory reset the phone and set it up from scratch.

Yeah, it actually overlaid the factory software and broke the license agreement like almost like a remote route or something I had. It looked at already, but I'll look into it. Anything's better than nothing thank you

First step is removing the malware or other factors infecting the device malwarebytes or another program should help with that next would be to check your accounts after it's all removed in Google and samsung accounts in a browser not your phone see if any devices were added and change your passwords and add 2fa on both accounts if all good after that do a factory reset

Thank you for the feedback after a full day of it. And having some people look at it, who are professionals, it's cloned. The operating software has third party knock off, and some sort of ad where it looks like

Worser that's another matter to deal with also may want to contact your carrier and get them involved

Unfortunately, I bought it directly from samsung, and they will do nothing. But it's definitely a one hundred percent.Breach it's affected my accounts everything
