Z Fold 7 inner screen

Is there anyone having issues when opening their Z Fold 7? When I do a cold open, the screen comes on white and stays there. But, when I press the side button to shut it down and reopen it it goes away. It seems to me it's a sign of things to come being that the unit is brand new.

I don't have that issue on my Fold 7.

Does your inner screen open without a pause or hesitation?

Yep. You might want to run the diagnostic tools in this app under the Support tab.

I tried that already. And went into safe mode per Samsung Care to ween out the problem, and I'm still getting the same results.

@DanDa1 No problems here on my Fold 7. I recommend reaching out to Samsung Care and having the device evaluated. It sounds like a hardware issue.

My Z fold 7 screen broke!! It was due to the hinge failing I belive.... whole inner screen is black and there's a big dent on the hinge where it failed
