Fold & Flip PhonesWhen double tapping the inner screen of my Z Fold 7 while in Landscape mode, the Lock Screen wakes in Landscape mode and then immediately rotates to Portrait. Oddly, this does not happen when single tapping for the Always On display but once I double tap to fully wake the Lock Screen, it switches to Portrait.
I have Auto Rotate on for all views (Home Screen, Lock Screen, Voice Call Screen) so I'm not sure why the Lock Screen is refusing to stay in Landscape mode.
Anyone else have this issue or a fix?

Fold & Flip PhonesIn particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth. Performing this action often resolves unexpected issues like the one you are describing.
See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...
Hope this helps!

Fold & Flip PhonesAs a last resort, you may attempt a factory reset. Make sure you back up data prior to this to prevent data loss.
If even this doesn't fix it, it may or may not be a hardware related issue. You may need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.

Fold & Flip PhonesThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your watch switches from landscape orientation to portrait orientation. Have you verified you have the enable double tap on screen feature turned off. Give these steps a try:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Navigate to Advanced Features.
Select Motions and Gestures.
Enable Double tap to turn on screen and Double tap to turn off-screen.
