Hi,

Recently, I have been trying to set up a work profile on my Z Fold 4. I have noticed that some apps have their screens cut off in full-screen mode, so I have been attempting to adjust the settings to a 4:3 ratio for certain apps to ensure that I can view everything. However, I have found that the full-screen app settings only apply to personal apps. Work apps, on the other hand, do not seem to be affected by the changes and remain in full-screen mode even when I set them to 4:3 or 16:9. I have selected the work tab in the settings and adjusted the ratio for the apps, but it seems to have no effect.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you.

If you have a "Work Profile" instead of a Secure Tab, it must be a restriction of Knox Security on your device.

Hi, thanks for replying,

Is there any setting that I can adjust? I have full control on Google Admin, I checked all settings on the Devices/Android session, but couldn't find any setting that is related to this.

Thanks.

Have you contacted the IT department? Maybe they could give you answer.

I could be wrong but it's possible that it could be that the work apps aren't optimizes for the Z Fold. I have works apps as well, but they are from Microsoft which are already optimized for my Z Fold 4 due to their partnership.

Hello, There.  I would recommend making sure you have the latest software update.

If so, and the behavior is continuing, with all the Samsung apps working properly, we would recommend reaching out to those application developers to report the symptoms you're experiencing. More than likely it's a simple fix with the developers of your work apps.
