Fold & Flip Phones- Z Flip 6 Main screen was unresponsive after software update. I contacted Samsung support and they sent me a shipping label to send it to the repair center. I only have my phone for 5 months and I was told by repair center that it is out of warranty and is charging me $345 for repair because of physical damage. I never dropped my phone. I sent it in pristine condition. The repair center agent was really rude. I asked to talk to their manager or supervisor but was told that it will take 24 to 48hrs for them to call me back. I am really frustrated with this issue. I've had Samsung phones for years and this is the first time I have issues, when I switched to flip phone.
