Where did the handle go? (Multi window)

There used to be something in the center (dots?, A handle?, iForget)

It would let you change the size of the windows so you were not locked to 50/50 & you could switch the position of the windows. I think it disappeared after a software update.

@thoughts I see them there on my Fold 4. They act as expected allowing me to resize the windows. 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Have you tried booting in safe mode? If it works while booted in safe mode, it is caused by a 3rd party app.

Thank you. I had restart the phone. Didn't fix it.

Great idea to try safe mode. Interesting, in safe mode I got the handle back, and when I turned off safe mode it stuck around (kept working)
