The Pollen Count in the weather app hasn't changed in two months. It always reads Very High at the very top of the chart, then None on all of the different types of pollen.

In the weather settings make sure Auto refresh is enabled.

You could try and clear the weather app "data/cache" by going into device settings > apps > weather > storage > clear data /cache then restart phone.
When's you clear app data it resets the app, so you will have to set it up again. I would clear the "cache" first and see if that fixes it, if not then you can proceed to clear the "data".
