Wallet Doesnt work and no notifications

Got my Fold 7 a few days ago and have had nothing but issues. I'm hoping someone here can help. I tried to use Smart Switch and setting up as new phone.

  1. Samsung Wallet does not work. It says there is an issue with google play services.

  2. No notifications. I tried with Gmail and Snapchat. I sent myself an email from another address. No notification. No notifications from Snapchat. When I go to Apps in Settings I see Snapchat but when I go to Notifications in Settings it is not there.

I'm hoping you all have an easy fix before I return it. Thank you in advance.

Doesn't matter what I think. What matters is what Samsung thinks and does.
