Is it a way to pre-order the ultra ( Z fold 7) by trading the S25/ ultra? I only see the option of S24/ ultra only. Just wondering if anyone who wanted to trade in the S25/ ultra will be able to have the deal as well.
I have two different color watch Ultra and would trade one for classic ,but they don't include Ultra as trade in eligible! May be they see that as down sale lot Upsale! So must be purely Marketing driven, not customer driven!
They also allow S25 ultra for Zfold trade, but not Galaxy Tab S10 series , which I would have done, another wrong decision samsung Marketing made in customer's behalf
Funny thing is even if I want to trade in S10+ for Ultra they still don't see that as upsale! Wrong again I would have done it!
When trade in marketing strategy I think Samsung misses one mark, that give the loyal existing customer choice to choose New tech regardless of Upsale or Downsale Samsung strategy
Make trade in available from all devices regarding of old or newer, I own two color Watch Ultras and I can not choose to trade one for newer ultra/color or Classic, also I own S25U but also tab S10 plus and I can not choose to trade tab for Zfold or even Tab S10 Ultra!!! Missed sale and opportunities for Samsung in my opinion
Not sure what Samsung is thinking but they can SUK DEEZ NUTS on BARELY widening the cover screen with the same useless battery. I've been with Samsung since the Note 7 but they can SUK IT!!!! Only offering $1000 on an unlocked ZFold 6 with 1 TB storage is absurd!! Enjoy the useless ZFold 7 at an outrageous unjustified price!!

Hello. I've had every Fold since the 3rd and would like to pull the trigger on a Fold 7 but can't stomach the price hovering over $1k with tax. The last few devices ended up being $500-600 all said and done to upgrade. Is anyone aware of promotions that would bring this device down from it's current price? I'd be trading in a Fold 6 so that's already taken into account. Rakuten is only 3% this year as well, which is sad.
I had the same thought and concern as well, but unfortunately didn't find any discount to help. They sometimes add something for free to alleviate the stress. Nothing came on the order.
After a long back and fourth with Samsung Chat agent they told me they linked my first responder discount. I was told to logged out and logged back in, than add something to the cart. I did and no discount appeared. I had to do it a couple times to finally see that the work program discount applied. I informed the agent what appeared and not my first responder discount, they told me yes because that's the one they choosed on their end but it's all the same. After the app finally stopped freezing in me after this update I was able to see the work program 5% discount. My first responder discount is usually the highest discount 30%. I believe that's why the agent activated the worker place discount because it's the lowest. Samsung always does this during a launch and it very disappointing and discouraging. I don't even care to upgrade with Samsung anymore due to the aggravation and deceitfulness. Do better Samsung your losing customers over your pettiness.
To the best of my knowledge, Samsung offers up to 30% off for all the categories in ID.Me. Just like they do for SoFi Members. They, however, do not offer 30% on cellphones. Cellphones are usually only 5%. Wearable they fluctuate upto 20%.
