Is it a way to pre-order the ultra ( Z fold 7) by trading the S25/ ultra? I only see the option of S24/ ultra only. Just wondering if anyone who wanted to trade in the S25/ ultra will be able to have the deal as well.
Anyone else got their shipping date delayed? Only sound like a me problem. My original date was 7/25 order on 7/15. Then changed to 8/15 and now 8/5, but if I check on the chat it states 7/25. It is still in pre order status as of now. Anyone else have same issue or help?
All over the Internet people only seem to get it early. The chat representative wasn't helpful at all and they say different things. One even dare to tell me it is just an estimate. He says if it states 8/5 my proper expectations is by the 8/8? I don't know what kind of logic is that but it just seems he tries to stop me from bugging them sooner. I mean instead of trying to help me be just kind of pushing me away and not taking any action or responsibilities. They changee date 2 times and no notification, and it doesn't match the chat order status, just kind of hard to follow don't which date is real. Shouldn't they try to give more meaningful solid estimates and don't change it all the time on their end vs me changing my mind set?
I am expecting my Fold 7 any day now and i noticed in the email that they have my trade in device listed as a 512gb S24U, when it's actually the 1tb version. I was not asked during the trade in process which model i was sending in. I did get $800 for the trade in, but now that i see they got the size wrong, am i entitled to additional discount. I'm also trying to contact Samsung about this as well. But has anyone else been faced with this issue?
When you do a Trade in it only asks for the model name since storage size doesn't matter on Trade ins. 800.00 is the max a S24U will get in trade.

Yeah, like GaryB82 said, the storage capacity makes no difference here, so it doesn't matter what capacity it lists in the email, the trade in itself will go through fine.

Purchased a phone off their website for my daughter. They did not accept our trade-in which was fine but they remote locked the phone. We paid the balance off on the trade-in. The phone is asking for a PIN supplied by Samsung. It's now been three weeks and no communication from them supplying me a pin. Chat with them. No help. They say it will be provided in 24-48 hours... That was the weeks ago. Chat again, same script. Die hard Samsung guy with a phone that is a paperweight.
