Still no UI 7 Beta Testing for Fold 6

It is now 9:30pm cst on 03/07/2025 and still no banner for the UI 7 beta testing. Is anyone else not able to sign up and install the beta? Are only a select few with certain phone carriers able too?

What does an unlocked phone mean?

Not tied to 1 carrier, meaning you could go from ATT to Tmobile to Verizon.

Samsung sells unlocked (U1) phones and carrier (U) phones. The unlocked ones have Samsung unlocked firmware and will work with any carrier. 

They are not the same as carrier unlocked devices.

@LongHiker So if someone purchased a carrier specific model from Samsung like Tmobile and has a model number 6U for example. They are not eligible for the beta even if the device is unlocked by the carrier?

It would only be eligible if the carrier T-Mobile participates in the beta.
