Hello, my Samsung cloud doesn't allow me to download my backup data from my old phone. My old the galaxy fold 4 is backup and dead not. I got the new fold 7 and the restore bottom doesn't work on the Samsung cloud. How can I get my data from my old phone?
Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to restore your device from a back up. Are you backing your device up from your phone or are you using smartswitch with a computer?
