Samsung Health Fitness programs don't save progress.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 for my workouts, paired with Samsung Flip 7. When I assign myself a program from the Fitness menu in Samsung Health, I can complete the entire program without any issues.
The problem occurs after I finish the program: there is no progress shown for the selected program, even if I mark it as done. I can’t view the program history or continue with the next days of the program, I'm always on day 1.
I’ve tried several different programs, and none of them work as expected. Although I can see the completed workout for the day on the main Samsung Health dashboard, there is no information about the progress of the related program. Any help?
