Samsung Health Fitness programs don't save progress.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 for my workouts, paired with Samsung Flip 7. When I assign myself a program from the Fitness menu in Samsung Health, I can complete the entire program without any issues.
The problem occurs after I finish the program: there is no progress shown for the selected program, even if I mark it as done. I canโ€™t view the program history or continue with the next days of the program, I'm always on day 1.
Iโ€™ve tried several different programs, and none of them work as expected. Although I can see the completed workout for the day on the main Samsung Health dashboard, there is no information about the progress of the related program. Any help?
