Allowing taskbar with third party launchers would introduce all kinds of variables that Samsung can't control.
They're not going to ship a product knowing that users are inevitably going to break major features by installing software that isn't optimized for the Fold and its unique features.
It could at least be hidden behind a Dev tools unlock/panel (or Goodlock module like it was until Oneui 6.1) so users can opt in. Instead I get to futz around with ADB commands and Tasker to get stock Android functionality working again.
