Pink line issue in phone

I had bought 3 samsung galaxy high end phones and now each of them after the warranty ended when I updated the software the screen had green and pink lines in the screen. Samsung did not accept any of my application to fix the phone for free as it is due to their software issue and the customer service were rude and not listening to me, when I asked to talk to the manager the customer service employ just said no. He said to write an email but when I asked for the email he said me to find it out myself, I asked them to write an official email saying they can't fix my phone so that I can take them to consumer court and again they denied.

Hello Shrilk9, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for a line to develop after the warranty expires. Samsung offers a full one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase to cover the cost of any repairs that may be needed. If a device falls outside this warranty period then the cost of repair would then fall on the owner. We understand it is very disappointing for any manufactured product to fail, whether in-or-out of warranty. Samsung believes in building quality products and makes every effort to meet all customer expectations. However, over time, it is possible for a manufactured product to require service or repair.
