Phone is charging very slowly

Since the latest update to One UI 7 my phone (Fold 6) has been charging very slowly (currently it's taken nearly 2 hours to charge from just under 50% to @ 90%.  Plus the battery usage is higher than normal. This phone is relatively new, as is the charger and cable (both are Samsung products). I've tried other chargers and cables in various combinations and there is no difference in the slow charging. I've checked the relevant fast charging settings and they're correct, plus I've tried the various "fixes", which haven't helped, and run a phone diagnostic which hasn't shown anything to be wrong.  But the battery usage is much greater and the phone charging is drastically slower since this update.

Judging from what I've been reading online this seems to be a significant problem within the Samsung phone owners community. When can a "fix" for this be expected because this current issue is making this phone an annoyance rather than an enjoyment to use.

I'm spending most of my time with my phone attached to the charger which really stops it being a mobile phone.

Hopefully Samsung sorts this out because I love their phones, but if this is going to be a long term issue then I'll simply buy another brand when I next upgrade.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BATTERY ON MY Z FOLD 6? EVER SINCE THE LAST UPDATE MY BATTERY DRAINS IN 1 HOUR AND IT SEEMS TO TAKE LONGER TO CHARGE UP.
WHAT HAPPENED WHAT DID THEY DO???

That seems to be possible but requires a full back up and some geek/nerd Kung Fu to go backwards.
Updates need extensive literature on exactly what will change. I think if I can avoid it I won't allow any updates until I see what problems and changes are for a few months. Funny how before an update happens reviewers often are so anxious to get them but once they arrive...ehh...not so happy about it.

Since upgrade, my Z Flip 6 charges slowly, processes slowly and battery life sucks. Can I go back to UI 6?

We understand change can be difficult. The update cannot be rolled back.

I have the fold five, ui7 has cause major increased battery I don't get even a full day before charging it now takes over an hour longer to charge and doesn't charge to 100 only 96/97.  I use my phone all day and I'd be at 40-50 percent at bedtime now I'm charging by mid afternoon
