So, when I leave the phone app during a call, it doesn't always pop back up on the left side of the now bar. And when I go back into the app, the call's gone. I have to lock and unlock my phone to get the call screen back. This is definitely not normal.
When I check other apps during a phone call, the call screen stays at the top middle of my phone. In the dialer settings, select "call display while using other apps" and then choose either small pop up or mini pop up. Those and full screen are the only choices. There is no "phone" option in my now bar app settings - maybe it is on the zfold. It sounds like what you see (or are supposed to see) now is a phone icon in the left corner of the status bar. I don't have that on my A54. However, you *should* have the same options for the call screen display while using other apps. Have you cleared your phone's cache partition?
