You will need to provide more details so that users can assist you. What exactly are you experiencing? What phone do you have? What messaging app are you using?

Do you mean messages aren't sending, or do you mean the app itself is freezing and can't be used? Google messages or Samsung messages?

Clear the cache in the Google Message app. Long press on the app, you will see a pop-up, tap on the if (info) go to storage and clear cache.

Please use the reply button when responding so that users you are interacting with can be notified.

If messages just aren't sending: Check to see if you are using RCS. RCS is better than SMS/MMS, but there are a number of reasons your phone might not be sending them. Go into Google Message settings and enable "Auto Resend as Text." This will allow Google Messages to fall back to SMS/MMS when RCS is unavailable. If you don't enable this, you will have to manually resend any time you are unable to connect.

If the app itself is freezing:
- enter recovery mode and clear device cache. Let me know if you need additional guidance on how to do this.
- download Good Guardians from the Galaxy Store ( https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp) and reoptimize your apps.

If none of this helps, you can attempt a factory reset as a last resort.

If you get to this point and there is still no resolution, contact your carrier as there may be an issue with your network.
