Multiwindow only opening apps in landscape

Have had the phone almost two months but since yesterday when I try to open multiple apps while my phone is unfolded it only opens apps in landscape. It will let me drag an app to the left or right screen and show the preview of the screen layouts in portrait but when I let go it always opens both apps in landscape

Not u.. I was talking to Nelson. So I can see if it's forcing the screen to rotate. Or just the apps on top of each other

Is it like this... or does it force u to turn ur phone

I had the fold 5.. n now on the fold 7.. the ones I made use to act funny.. I removed them and made new ones on the fold 7.. while on here try the two finger swap from the side n add an app n see if it still turns
