Fold & Flip Phones
Checking if anyone has suggestion to check before I buy a new phone...
...My Galazy Z Flip4 phone's mobile service suddenly stopped. I can still do wifi calling but cellular is not working. I performed all the basic checks e.g. powered off/on, called carrier (Mint mobil), reset network settings, created new network APN profile, recycled airplane mode multiple times, etc.
....Tried new Sim and did a factory reset but same. I swapped my Sim with my son and mine can make cellular calls in his phone (same carrier) and his can't in my phone. Defintely not the Sim. The Sim Status shows in service but mobile network status is disconnected.
I ran samsusung diags and the mobile test said it was normal.
Any ideas to further check will be greatly appreciated.

The first place to consult regarding issues with signal/reception would be your carrier. If your carrier is unable to offer a solution, it may be a hardware issue.
In that case, you may need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.

Based on your diagnosis, you can make an informed decision about whether you should repair or upgrade your device.
