You find the apk for Hone up at Samsung's link page for the modules in the following link.
FineLock a Samsung app for countries that don't have Goodlock gave people links to individual modules by going to APKMIRROR. IT is a safe site otherwise Samsung wouldn't publish the APKs there.
You should to able to use task changer.

As the title suggests Home Up is giving me this statement after update, since it was originally incompatible with the new update on my Galaxy ZF6:
"Home Up is being renewed! See you soon!"
Have deleted said module, cleared cache, in Good Lock and Samsung Store. Then reinstalled; stop same message...
Suggestions?
Thanks

It's not ready for foldables yet but you can sideload the APK. Just don't use DIY Home.

No problem. DIY Home is built into Home Up.

I have not yet explored One UI 7 since I received the update on 4/11 so I don't know all of the pros and cons. However, I did notice that Home Up in Good Lock is no longer available and the option for screen looping is non-existing. Also, I think the customization for how open app panels were displayed was in Home Up as well and because Home Up is gone I cannot customize how I scroll through my open apps. I don't like that those two features/settings are gone. Samsung bring Home Up back.

You could sideload the APK of the latest version to get those options back. I just don't recommend using DIY Home. It's buggy as it is not yet optimized for foldables.

I've read Home Up is a part of One UI 7 now, but I cannot find anywhere I can set my home screen to looping. Yes I did check the Galaxy store. The Home Up app is no longer in One UI on my Z fold 6

Yes it is a part of one ui 7 and I tried the looping and it didn't work but I don't really care for the looping though I just wanted to see if it work or not
