With Note20Ultra, I've searched settings and Cache results are zero.

Should I assume after any update and phone restarts, that Cache has been wiped?
Thanks'

No, cache partition is in the recovery menu. You have to power off your phone. Press power and volume simultaneously until Samsung logo appears. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, and power for Yes, scroll to wipe cache partition, press power, scroll tobyes, power button, reboot, power button.

Also remember to delete some apps you really don't use. If you want, you can see what apps are making your phone hot by using Samsung nice catch or something like that.
