After the one ui7 debacle, I'm completely done with every Samsung product! I've had every iteration of the Z flip series since the flip three. In compared every other manufacturer, upgrades have been mediocre at best. When the Moto Razr + 2025 comes out, I'm trading in my flip 6 for it.
This year I already ended my 10-year streak of Samsung TVs. For the last 5 Years, I had Samsung qled TVs and none of them lasted more than 2 years. I finally went with a TCL mini LED which is Superior in every way for the same price as the Samsung qled! All 55 in TVs.
Samsung's quality, marketing, trade in values, quality control, features, upgrades, updates... see where I'm going with this? All, leave something to be desired! I am 100% done with Samsung and I am all over social media telling everybody my experience with Samsung products. If I have good experiences I will also put it on social media. I report the good and the bad.
The issue is Samsung once their money but no longer cares about their customers. That has been proven time and time and time again! Two of my qled TVs in a row, same model, died at exactly 18 months, for the same reasons. And since I did not buy the extended warranty, Samsung told me, and no uncertain terms, that it was no longer their problem. A billion dollar company that won't hold itself accountable for its own shoddy products. It would have been a drop in the bucket to them. It won't have even made a dent.
Pulling my older Pixel Fold with a full android version newer than even one ui7 out of the drawer and putting the S24U in its place collecting dust. Samsung product quality has dipped massively the last year and I've lost my patience with them. Every new Samsung product I've bought in the last year came with some sort of defect out of the box. I keep hoping it is just a fluke and keep being disappointed. 15 years of loyalty, back to Pixel
