How do I get my phone off this screen?

Maybe a silly question, but did you try following the on-screen prompt to hold volume down + side key for more than 7 secs? Does it cancel and restart the phone? If not, does it return to this mode?

Yes, I was trying to fix my phone. I tried chatting with samsung support, thats what they said to do it

If you visit a service center, they should be able to re-flash the firmware and get your phone out of download mode. Sorry you're dealing with this.

Just press volume key down +power key at the same time it should reboot.

Looks like if you used smart swith to get updates

It's download/Odin mode. No idea why support would suggest doing that, though.
