Google Messages: unable to send photo, just shows "sending"

I have a problem when I make a photo text message. I have a problem, when I make a photo text message I won't be allowed to send, someone with this problem?

is it just showing as not sent or not letting you selext a file to begin with(

I am guessing you mean a mms attachment to a text there's a icon in the message that you press to add a picture maybe not best description but the icon is a little square with a camera in it or a paperclip

It stays that way all the time and already talk to the service, and they can't help me.
