Goodlock (Theme Park glass icon setting)

So I have the Z fold 7 and have all the latest updates and I still do not have the option for fil gradient or glass when I go to the icon setting with a drop down menu I have tried everything seems like I'm the only person who cannot get this working I thought on my z fold 6 it was a One UI8 thing but it is not can anyone help
