Galaxy Fold 6 Battery Drain Issue

I've done everything I can to optimize battery life on my Galaxy Fold 6—turned on Power Saving Mode, restricted background data for all apps, put most apps to sleep or deep sleep, disabled unnecessary syncing, low screen brightness, etc. Despite all these changes, I’m still losing 50% battery in less than 3h of usage, even with minimal use (just checking messages, light browsing, no heavy apps). Battery usage stats don’t show any single app draining excessively, and the phone isn’t overheating.

At this point, I’m wondering if this is just normal for the Fold 6, if there’s a deeper software issue, or if I might have a defective battery. Has anyone else experienced this kind of drain even after aggressive battery-saving tweaks? Is there anything I haven’t tried that might help? Would love any a

dvice.

I don't know how old the Fold 6 is, but is it possible the battery is failing?  Have you performed a diagnostic on your phone?  You can do that through the device care settings on your phone or the support tab in the members app.  If the battery is good, try downloading Good Guardians from the Galaxy store and then both the Battery Tracker and Thermal Guardian modules.  The battery tracker will give you more detailed information about what's running in the background that's eating your battery and the thermal guardian will let you know if there were periods of higher than normal temperature (and what likely caused it).  High temperatures, even if not actually overheating, will drain your battery.  It could also be that you are either using your phone more than you realize or you are using high battery consumption apps when you do.

I've had mine for about a week now. No signs of what you have shared.

Since it's new, I would first do the diagnostic on the battery, then I'd do a factory reset, assuming the battery is not bad.
