Yesterday I dropped my flip 7 on the ground and ever since, I believe the hinge sensor was damaged. When I open my phone all the way, the mini flip icon which opens the track pad is staying at the bottom corner of my screen. This should only appear when the phone is in its flipped state

If I dont want it to appear, I have to close and reopen my phone about 3-5 times

Is this the hinge sensor thats broken? How easy is it for Samsung to repair this?
My dad's doesn't remember if we got insurance for the phone so how much would it cost with and without insurance?

Images for example. Both were screenshotted when my phone was completely open1760799126372.jpg1760799126412.jpg

In a post earlier today, I said that I had dropped my phone and the hinge sensor was probably damaged, causing alot of my apps to act funny when open all the way since it thinks it flipped...

Well, I dropped it again and somehow that problem was fixed, but I noticed my images still look weird when I am trying to send them through messages

They are stuck at the bottom of my screen and I can't pull the slider up

Is this a glitch or an issue I should look further into? I honestly dont remember if it was acting like this before my phone first dropped

You should still have the phone evaluated at a service center, as previously advised. The impacts have obviously affected its operation.

You will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed. Generally, they will be able to give you an estimate for the repairs before completing them.
