How do I get those sweet sweet deals again? I got my phone a few weeks ago and still had a little bit of time left in my own paid accounts for these so decided to wait a little to accept the offers but now I can't find them
Most offers are only available when you first set up the device. FYI, when you already have a paid subscription to something and take advantage of an offer, the offer usually gets used first, and the remainder of your paid subscription continues at the end. Sometimes the free offer gets added to the end, but it's usually the former. You likely will no longer be able to take advantage of the deals.
I tried to add it. It apparently did add, but only on my phone. OneDrive on my phone states I have 1TB, of which I've used 500GB. OneDrive everywhere else shows I'm using 500GB of 5GB. It's infuriating .
You have to read the fine print on any promotional offer like that. Normally, it's a free subscription for one device only - the device the promotion was offered for. However, if you have an account with said service, you should be able to download and log into and use the service on any device, as long as it's within the parameters of the service tier - i.e. one screen at a time - the same as if it was a paid subscription. If you can't do that, then it was a device specific offer.
