Dexcom g7 doesn't work on Fold 7

So I got the fold 7 I'm upset that my dexcom g7 doesn't work with it

Sorry but currently up to the Fold 6 is supported with Dexcom until they release a update to make it compatible with the Fold 7.  I suggest reaching out to them and try to get them to release a update to make it compatible

This isn't ideal, but my mom has a standalone handheld that came with hers. Since it can pair to two devices this could act as a backup if you were trading in a device. I've heart that it syncs with a watch also, but never tried that.

Yeah, my Dad also has the handheld unit that he keeps with him, along with his phone.  I think the handheld unit is more reliable since you don't have to worry about compatibility.

In the past my dad was able to call them and they were able to send a replacement for his.

Same here just got the Z Flip 7 and I'm here stewing. Not a happy camper. It's Dexcom not being on the ball.

The replacement receiver is like $40 with my insurance so I'll have to bite it and pay for it

Hopefully they update the app soon to make it compatible
